Employee Termination related to Policy and procedure of development organization

The Employee Termination related to Policy and procedure of development organization that generally include in the personnel policy, service rule and Personnel Manual are as follows:

-   An employee will be terminated when it will not be possible for the organization to retain the employee.
-   In terminating a permanent employee a notice must have to be given to the employee before at least one month.
-   All due must have be paid by 15 days of termination.
-   In the case unconfirmed employee the service may be terminated with 24 hour notice. But all dues must have to be paid by 15 days.
-    If the employee refuses to accept the termination letter it have to be sent to his/her address available in Personnel File.
 -   All termination must be signed by Executive Director.
-   A sample termination letter have to be provided as the end of the policy document.
